Let's talk about event planning! Weddings and events are like big productions, and one of the star players is the decor. We all know events can be a financial rollercoaster, but here's a pro tip: Renting decor is your secret weapon for a more budget-friendly AND dazzling celebration. Here's why renting will have you shouting ' hip hip hooray': Lower upfront costs Buying everything you need for a shindig can be wallet-draining. Renting lets you dazzle without the sticker shock. Pay only for what you need during the event, leaving more cash for the good stuff (think catering or a dance floor that'll rival Beyoncé's). No long-term storage costs Post-event storage got you stressed? Renting is like having a clean slate. Return the decor to the rental pros, and you're free! No worries about squeezing those 50 chairs into your apartment or desperately trying to sell them online. Rent, party, return, it's truly THAT easy. Access to a wider variety of items Want to turn your event Insta-worthy? Renting opens the door to a treasure trove of decor options. Think unique centerpieces and high-end accents that could break the bank if you bought them outright. Renting lets you be the style icon of the party without maxing out your credit card. No maintenance costs Ever considered the hidden costs of owning party gear? Cleaning, repairing, or replacing stained napkins or broken vases can add up. Not to mention the amount of hours it will take you on the morning of your wedding to iron those wrinkled linens you’ve been storing! Renting takes the stress off your shoulders. Plus, rental pros like us offer delivery and setup, saving you precious time and effort. Let us handle the tasks, and you focus on making memories! Flexibility + Environmentally Friendly Worried about committing to a decor style or theme? Renting gives you the flexibility to switch things up without being stuck with items that scream 'last season.' Not to mention, you also keep those out of date items out of the landfill by trading your single use item for a multi-use gem. A win for you and mother nature! Renting your event gear is honestly the VIP pass to a cost-effective and stunning celebration. Slash upfront costs, ditch long-term storage headaches, access a decor wonderland, eliminate maintenance stress, and dance with the flexibility to change things up. So, say 'yes' to renting, and get ready to throw the party of the century without the budget woes. 🎉💸 Looking for a creative team to help you bring it together? Setting a tablescape involves creating a visually appealing and coordinated table design that helps to enhance the overall event decor! Here's our guide on how to help you set a beautiful tablescape 🍽✨ 1. Choose a theme or style: Decide on the theme or style you want for your event tablescape. Consider factors like the overall event theme, hoested event space, season, and personal preferences. Common themes lately are rustic, vintage, modern, bohemian, or romantic! ✨ 2. Select a color scheme: Choose a color palette that compliments the event theme and enhances the ambiance. Consider the event colors or opt for neutral tones that allow other surrounding elements to stand out. We love a boring beige wedding 😉🌈 3. Start with a tablecloth or runner: Begin by covering the clean table with a tablecloth or a table runner that matches the chosen theme or color scheme. Use fabrics like satin, lace, or linen for an elegant touch. Lastly, ensure that the tablecloth is ironed or steamed for a clean crisp look! 🧼 4. Set the tableware: Place the charger (decorative base plate) at each setting. The chargers should be placed so that the edge of the charger and the edge of the table are inline, followed by the dinner plate in the center, on top. Stack the salad or appetizer plate on top of the dinner plate. Coordinate all plates with the overall theme, choosing elegant or patterned designs as desired! 🍽 5. Arrange the napkins: Fold or style the napkins creatively and place them either on top of the salad plate or to the left of the dinner plate. You can use napkin rings, folded designs, or incorporate decorative elements like fresh flowers or greenery! 🌿 6. Arrange the flatware: Place the silverware on either side of the charger or dinner plate. Start from the outside and work inward. Place the forks to the left of the plate, with the salad fork on the outer side if applicable. Place the knives and spoons to the right, with the blade of the knife facing inward! 🍴 7. Add glassware: Set the water glass above the knives, slightly to the right. If serving wine, place the wine glasses to the right and slightly above the water glass. For a formal setting, you can also include a champagne flute for toasting! 🥂 8. Create a centerpiece: Design a focal point for each table by creating a centerpiece. Use flowers, candles, or a combination of both. Opt for tall arrangements for an elegant look or low arrangements to encourage conversation. Incorporate elements that reflect the theme or style of the event to make it truly yours! 🌸
9. Add decorative accents: Enhance the tablescape with additional decorative elements. Place small votive candles, scattered flower petals, or greenery along the center of the table. Consider using table numbers, place cards, or small signage that complements the overall design! 🕯 10. Pay attention to details: Ensure that everything is well-aligned and evenly spaced. Check that the table settings are clean and polished. Add personal touches such as favors or small mementos for guests to take home and remember your hosted celebration forever! ❤️ Remember to experiment and customize your event tablescape to reflect your unique style and preferences. Especially when it comes to a wedding, Your big day should reflect the both of you!
